This masterpiece of architecture made from white  sandstone like materials thrones in the southeastern bay of Nehre - suitable for a capital city. The rings it's located on seem to hover on top of each other. Each a little smaller then the one above. Connected through an endless amount of bridges and waterfalls, floating from the royal gardens on top. The first floor is a busy place always filled with live and music. The second flor is the governments place, but it's also known for it's libraries and museums and other cultural offering. The last floor is the royal garden. Known for it's peaceful beauty. Harissa's Isle is a port town built on the skeleton of a giant sea dragon, which was stranded once on sandbanks low waters. Over a hundred years later its belly and head turned into a giant colourful reef filled with a wide variety of life. But not only underwater, not all around the old bones are filled with crowded, cheerfully life again. A floating market and harbour were built around the costal arch.
From there, a million stairs up you'll find a lively town on top. Its red stone building is visible even from the faraway coast giving this place its name.

Well hidden in the mountains, in one of the many crater-like caves, lies an old city - abandoned by civilization a long time ago. Most of the once so pretty buildings are resting under the surface of a lake now. Fed from the water of a spring, flowing from above like waterfalls. The mysterious blue glowing water is told to provide healing powers and eternal youth. And indeed this evergreen and blooming place has something mysterious and is home to many flowers and creatures you can't find anywhere else. Well protected by the guardian spirit of this secret garden, the water dragon Rué.
