Harissa's Isle is a port town built on the skeleton of a giant sea dragon, which was stranded once on sandbanks low waters. Over a hundred years later its belly and head turned into a giant colourful reef filled with a wide variety of life. But not only underwater, not all around the old bones are filled with crowded, cheerfully life again. A floating market and harbour were built around the costal arch.
From there, a million stairs up you'll find a lively town on top. Its red stone building is visible even from the faraway coast giving this place its name.
