This masterpiece of architecture made from white sandstone like materials thrones in the southeastern bay of Nehre - suitable for a capital city. The rings it's located on seem to hover on top of each other. Each a little smaller then the one above. Connected through an endless amount of bridges and waterfalls, floating from the royal gardens on top. The first floor is a busy place always filled with live and music. The second flor is the governments place, but it's also known for it's libraries and museums and other cultural offering. The last floor is the royal garden. Known for it's peaceful beauty.
